What costs does the Covid Module track?

The Covid Module tracks Covid costs that are included on Video, Photography, or Integrated Production bids.

Should I complete the Covid Module if my project has Covid Costs, but did not have a Shoot?

No. The Covid Module only applies to Video, Photography, or Integrated Productions or Shoots.

What if the estimate includes Covid Costs?

Track estimate Covid costs as an estimate line item. Estimate Covid costs should not be entered into the Covid Module.

What if Covid Costs are on a separate bid.

If Covid costs may appear on a separate bid, but are related to the video, photography or integrated shoot, they should still be entered.

How do I enter Covid costs for bids including both video and photography costs (integrated)?

Create two separate Covid entries. If costs are integrated and difficult to separate, it may be entered as a single entry.

What if Covid Costs include both cost plus and firm bid costs?

Create two separate COVID Module entries.
